“This morning, at 6:22 a.m., an officer was conducting traffic enforcement in the area of Gibson Elementary School.
The officer observed a speeding vehicle and pulled it over.
Near the center console in the vehicle the officer could see a firearm.
After further investigation, the driver, Justin Walker a 34 year-old Sacramento resident, was arrested for carrying a loaded firearm and booked into Yolo County Jail.
