Upon arrival, Sheriff’s Deputies contacted a 24-year-old female victim who reported that a subject, identified as Andrew Horse of Ukiah, assaulted her following an argument in the street outside a residence.
During the altercation, Horse struck the female victim several times in the face and pushed her to the ground, resulting in facial injuries. The 48-year-old male victim intervened by positioning himself between Horse and the room, preventing Horse from entering.
