This morning, CHP officers responded to a highway violence incident on NB HWY 1. A 70-year-old Capitola man was arrested after brandishing a firearm at another driver.
Officers located the vehicle promptly thanks to the victim’s quick 911 call, which provided a description of the car, driver, direction of travel, and actions. A loaded firearm was confiscated from the car.
