Salinas PD: Traffic stop leads to discovery of gun, weed, pills, cash

“Last night, an officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of N Main St and Casentini St. The driver, Jesus Cervantes (26), was on probation with a search clause.
A search of the vehicle was conducted and the officer located a loaded Glock 19 with a 17 and 10 round magazine. They also located methamphetamine, heroine, fentanyl laced M30 pills, and marijuana for sale.
Cervantes was booked on a list of felony charges.”
