Suspects were trespassing inside of a hotel room on January 5th around 2:30 pm.
Katoa
A subsequent search yielded “an unserialized loaded handgun with a 30-round high capacity magazine, heroin, methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and identification cards not belonging to them.”
Here’s the breakdown of charges –
Kadera – possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia. She was released on a citation.
Limosnero
Limosnero – falsely impersonating another, possession of paraphernalia. He had an outstanding felony warrant and remains in custody.
Katoa – parole violation, felon possessing a firearm and ammunition, and paraphernalia. He also remains in custody.
