Search warrant leads to two arrests for maintaining drug house in Eureka

EUREKA // Police have arrested two people for maintaining a drug house following the service of a search warrant in accordance with a narcotics and firearms investigation.

On March 23rd, Eureka PD and Problem Oriented Policing officials contacted 38-year-old William Zane Reynolds after they pulled him over for a headlamp violation near Sonoma and J Streets. Officers took Reynolds to his residence and there contacted 44-year-old Sirrena Lea Harvey, ultimately detaining both while they conducted a search.

Officers and detectives located two firearms, ammunition, evidence of weapons having been manufactured, just over two ounces of heroin, and two grams of meth.

Reynolds and Harvey are now both housed at the Humboldt County Correctional Facility for possession of controlled substances for sale, possession of controlled substances while armed, and maintaining a drug house.

Reynolds is also charged with committing  a felony while on bail.
