Probationer Arrested for Possession of Steroids and Psilocybin Mushrooms for Sale

LIVERMORE, CA  –– Patrick Bialoglovski of Livermore, was arrested for
possession of illicit drugs (Psilocybin and steroids) for sale, following a recent probationary search.
Bialoglovski was booked at Alameda County Santa Rita Jail.

Officers conducted the search at Bialoglovski’s residence on September 16,
Livermore police said in a prepared statement. “Officers found steroids
packaged for sale and evidence indicating it was being distributed online.”

Details about the quantity of steroids seized have not been released by police.
Further investigation led Livermore detectives to a storage unit in San Ramon.
After obtaining and executing a warrant to search the storage unit, detectives
found and seized 11 pounds of psilocybin mushrooms.

Bialoglovski was placed under arrest that same day at 1:40 p.m. He was booked
on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale, and violation of
probation.

Livermore police did not attach a specific dollar value to the psilocybin
mushrooms seized. However, general law enforcement drug-pricing
benchmarks estimate the street value of 11 pounds psilocybin mushrooms
ranges from $35,000 to $50,000.

Bialoglovski has a prior drug-related arrest in December 2025 on his record. He
was convicted for maintaining a place for selling or using controlled substances.
He was sentenced to two years of probation, ending on March 17, 2027.
