Napa Resident Arrested on Warrant Alleging Sexual Relationship With Minor
NAPA, CA — Patrol officers with the Napa Police Department recently arrested a 35-year-old Napa resident on an outstanding warrant related to the alleged sexual abuse of a minor.
On Sunday August 30th, 2026, officers observed Benjamin Solis, 35, driving near the 2500 block of Laurel Street in Napa. Recognizing Solis as the subject of an active arrest warrant involving an alleged sexual relationship with a minor, officers initiated a traffic stop and took him into custody without incident.
Solis was transported and booked into the Napa County Department of Corrections on the warrant for oral copulation with a minor (PC 287), with allegations of aggravating factors under CRC4.421.
His bail was set at $25,000. Solis subsequently posted bail and was released from custody within approximately four hours of booking.
According to court records, the case against Solis was filed in the Napa County Superior Criminal Court under Case number 26CR001845 and formal arraignment is scheduled for 8:30am on November 5th 2026.
