Man Arrested on Sex Crimes Charges After Incident in Fontana Business Restroom
FONTANA, CA — “On October 19, 2025, Officers from the Fontana Police Department responded to a business in Fontana regarding a juvenile being approached by an adult male in the restroom. The juvenile reported the male made uncomfortable and advancing statements while in the restroom. Officers contacted Julio Madrid (39 years old) and discovered another juvenile was present at the business with Madrid.
Fontana PD Detectives assisted with the investigation and learned Madrid had engaged in sexual acts with the juvenile he was found with at the business. Further investigation revealed evidence of Madrid’s involvement with sexual acts with a minor including possession of child pornography. A search warrant was served at Madrid’s residence in the 6800 block of Boeing Avenue in the City of Fontana. Madrid was arrested for Sodomy with a Minor Under the Age of 16 and booked at the West Valley Detention Center.
Based on information obtained during the investigation Detectives believe Madrid is using social media platforms to contact minors. Several usernames identified to be used by Madrid are as follows:
