“On January 19th, 2024 at approximately 1150 hours, the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office Detective Unit located Lilly Edwards and Andrew Magana living in a tent adjacent to the Glenn Hall Park near the American River in Sacramento, CA. Both Lilly and Andrew were cooperative and transported back to the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office where Andrew was booked into the Colusa County Jail for related charges. Lilly was safely returned to her family.
The Colusa County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank everyone who assisted in this investigation including the public, non-profit entities and other law enforcement agencies.”
