“On 2/21/2020, at approximately 8:03 PM, CPD officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop on the 1300 block of Lurline Ave. The driver, Juan Macias, fled on foot. After a brief foot chase officers caught Macias as he attempted to enter his home. He was booked into the jail for resisting, driving on a suspended license and court order violations.”
