Jones then went to work, gathering surveillance footage, witness statements, gps information and other information.  Through all of this investigative work, Officer A. Jones was able to identify a white Toyota Prius as the suspect vehicle.  The owner of the vehicle is a resident in the area and was quickly identified.  A warrant for Felony Vandalism was issued for the suspect and he was arrested on 1/10/24.

The suspect was known to Ripon PD as a citizen that frequently complained about the traffic on N. Ripon Rd.  Through hard work, Officer A. Jones was able save more motorists from having to incur any damage to their vehicles.
