“Tonight around 6:30, Detectives served a search warrant on a house in the 300 block of N. Stockton Street.

The search was a result of an assault that had occurred weeks prior.

During the search, Detectives located two handguns, ammunition and various gang indicia.

Marcos Martinez was arrested and charged with multiple weapons violations including being a felon in possession of a firearm, assault charges and gang enhancements.

Martinez is being booked into San Joaquin County Jail and being held on $650,000 bail.”
