“On April 19, 2021, at 4:00 p.m., Stockton Police Community Response Team Officers were in the 6400 block of West Lane and saw the suspect walking through a parking lot with a gun.
Officers attempted to detain the suspect, but he fled on foot, discarding the gun.
Officers caught the suspect after a foot pursuit and had to restrain him.
The loaded gun was recovered. Arrested was Jovante Parks-Roberson, 27, for weapon charges and resisting arrest.”
