Lodi PD: Suspect arrested in fatal February 26 shooting on East Pine Street

Lodi Police have arrested a suspect in the fatal shooting of 29-year-old Cenobio Gallegos back in February.

On the afternoon of February 26, officers found Gallegos critically wounded from a gunshot to the head on the 400 block of East Pine Street. Gallegos later passed away at the hospital.

On March 1, detectives and S.W.A.T. personnel served an arrest warrant on the 300 block of East Elm Street for 24-year-old Alejandro Duran. He was taken into custody and is now held at the San Joaquin County Jail on suspicion of murder.
