“Pulling your car over really quick and pretending to be asleep as if the officer about to stop you wouldn’t figure it out is nothing new. Apparently, 31-year-old convicted felon Jesse Martel thought our seasoned officer was born yesterday and would try this, but we eventually figured out why he put on the fake sleeping act and refused to come out of the car for over 20 minutes… maybe the loaded handgun, suspected meth, and drug pipe concealed in the center console?

Anyway, the officers safely detained and arrested Mr. Martel during this dangerous encounter and later booked him into jail for various weapons and narcotics violations, and resisting arrest.”
