Suspects in Ontario catalytic converter burglary arrested

Two suspects have been arrested in relation to the burglary of several catalytic converters, a vehicle, and some personal belongings in the City of Ontario.

The commercial burglary occurred in the 400 block of North Sequoia Avenue. Ontario police were alerted about the incident on May 7th.

After stealing the catalytic converters, vehicle, and personal belongings, the two suspects additionally drove through a gate as they fled the scene, which caused about $10,000 in damage.

Two days later, the stolen vehicle was located by police at a hotel in West Covina. The two suspects—as well as all the stolen items—were found as well, and the suspects were taken into police custody.
