Turlock police have announced the arrest of a second suspect in connection to a recent officer-involved shooting in Turlock.
21-year-old Alexander Arroyo was confirmed as the second suspect in an officer-involved shooting on December 16 on the 600 block of High Street. Though two people, including Arroyo, were initially arrested, Arroyo ended up being released due to insufficient evidence.
On December 21, Arroyo was taken back into custody after investigators gathered more substantial evidence and booked on two counts of attempted murder.
