North Highlands woman allegedly caught with drugs in Susanville

“On February 3, 2021 at approximately 9:10 pm, SPD Officers conducted a vehicle stop on Main St. in Susanville. During the stop, K-9 Zeke gave a positive alert on the vehicle. Based on Zeke’s alert, Officers conducted a search of the vehicle. The search resulted in the discovery of 3.76 pounds of methamphetamine and 23 grams of heroin.

The driver of the vehicle, identified as Shannon Silva, age 44 of North Highlands, CA was arrested for a variety of drug charges at the scene.

Silva was booked into the Lassen County jail for possession, transportation and intent to sell illegal drugs. She is being held at the Lassen County jail on $25,000 bail.”
