An Oregon man has been arrested in Siskiyou County on suspicion of transporting and possessing narcotics for sale.

Just after 12:30 PM on May 27, a deputy pulled over 42-year-old Mandron Coulter of Medford, Oregon, on the 2300 block of SR 3 for observed traffic violations.

Coulter turned out to have been driving on a suspended license, as well as being on probation, which prompted a search of his person and vehicle.
