She Works Harder for the Money—and Longer

INGLEWOOD, CA—She has come a long way—and will keep going longer, if arrest records are correct—to work harder for her money.

Geneva Ancona, 20, may be starting out on her adult journey of life, but her snake-like surname may pave the way for one’s imagination for what she is cut out to do.

The San Diego woman was picked up by Inglewood Police Department (IPD) at approximately 20 minutes after midnight on Monday, May 5 along the hotel-laden stretch of 4300 West Century Boulevard. The area is known for prostitution and Century is is the main thoroughfare into Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

Ancona told police that her occupation is a “laborer.”

According to the police records, she has at least two outstanding warrants—both of which were issued by Orange County Sheriff’s Department (OCD).

Orange County is slightly north of the halfway point between San Diego and the South bay area of Los Angeles County where LAX is located near the juncture of the 405 and 105 freeways.

It is unknown if Ancona will be able to snake out of her southern California concerns.
