Two men were arrested by Vallejo police on Saturday in a neighborhood known as a high crime and drug area.
According to the Vallejo Times Herald, officers saw two men that they tried to contact at the corner of Tennessee Street and Sonoma Boulevard. Police said one of the men appeared to have thrown away something that looked like it could be narcotics. Police tried to talk to the two men, but one, 37-year-old Robert Turner, allegedly tried to walk away.
