Sutter Creek Police and ACCNET Execute Search Warrant at Local Business Suspected of Selling THC Products to Minors
SUTTER CREEK, CA – March 17th 2026 — “Last week SCPD learned from citizens that a store in town was selling THC products to minors in Sutter Creek.
SCPD contacted the Amador County Combined Narcotics Enforcement Team (ACCNET), who advised that they had also been made aware of the ongoing crimes at that location.
ACCNET, SCPD and other partners worked together to gather additional information and to prepare an operational plan.
ACCNET authored a warrant to allow the business to be searched. When the warrant was executed, the combined groups located hundreds of illegal drug products. The items were seized and the owner was arrested.
A huge thank you to ACCNET for their willingness to help in our community and for their expertise and partnership. We also tip our hats to the California Highway Patrol, the Amador County District Attorney’s Office, the Department of Cannabis Control, California Department of Public Health, and the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration.
We appreciate those who came forward. If you see something, say something, and here in Amador County, we will hear you!”
