Early this week, during a traffic stop for CVC 23103 (Reckless Driving), officers located a loaded handgun inside the vehicle.
Investigation revealed:
• 👤 Minor in possession of a loaded firearm
• 🔫 Large-capacity magazine
• ❌ Unregistered firearm
