Sacramento Man Arrested in Connection with School Construction Site Burglaries

SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION SITE BURGLARIES:
The Sutter County Sheriff’s Office Investigations Unit has made an arrest in connection with recent burglaries involving the construction sites at Lincoln Elementary School and Andros Karperos Middle School.
Through investigative work and surveillance review, the Investigations Unit identified the suspect as 54-year-old Wilfred Clifford of Sacramento. Earlier today, investigators served a search warrant in Sacramento and Clifford was taken into custody without incident.
Clifford was booked into the Sutter County Jail for burglary and grand theft.
