25 Arrested in First Day of Organized Retail Theft Operation
SACRAMENTO, COUNTY, CA — “The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office Organized Retail Crime Task Force began a multi-day enforcement operation yesterday focused on keeping shoppers and employees safe during the busy holiday season.
Monday’s (Dec. 15) operation took place at Target locations in unincorporated Sacramento County and was conducted with the assistance of the Elk Grove Police Department. This is just the beginning, as our teams will be conducting similar operations throughout the county all week at multiple locations.
Remember, it’s never cool to steal. It’s even less cool to get arrested on a Christmas soundtrack.
