Woodland Resident Arrested for Felony Vandalism Following Online Report
WOODLAND, CA — November 23rd 2025 — “In early November, a local business submitted an online vandalism report. The case was assigned to a patrol officer and resulted in the collection of video evidence and the identification of 27-year-old Woodland resident, Julian Garcia Osoria, as the suspect. Garcia Osoria was subsequently arrested and booked for felony vandalism.
