NOVATO, CA — Stolen merchandise was recovered and four arrests were made for recent
organized retail theft.

Novato police arrested three men and a 17-year-old juvenile male with
assistance from California Highway Patrol.

Designer eyeglasses and other stolen items were returned to a Lens Crafters store in Novato.
The suspects arrested are –

· Armani G. Del Rosario, 23, of Pacifica
· Steven A. Cordova-Hernandez, 20, of Daly City
· Christo Ramirez-Cuauhtemoc, 21, of Delano
· A 17-year-old male from San Francisco

Novato officers responded to the Vintage Oaks Shopping Center on November 7, shortly after
3 p.m.

However, the suspects fled in a black Dodge Charger with license plates covered with
paper, before officers arrived at the scene.

Novato PD broadcast an alert for Marin County law enforcement agencies to be on the
lookout for the getaway car.

“Approximately 25 minutes later, CHP units observed a passing vehicle matching the
description,” California Highway Patrol said in a prepared statement. “One of the units
followed and made an enforcement stop.”

CHP detained the four suspects on southbound Highway 101, near the Freitas Parkway off-
ramp. The stolen merchandise was inside the car. The quartet of criminal suspects was
handed over to Novato police to arrest them.

The men were booked at Marin County Jail, and juvenile was booked at Marin County Juvenile Hall.

Del Rosario, Cordova-Hernandez and Ramirez-Cuauhtemoc were each booked for organized
retail theft, grand theft, conspiracy to commit a crime.

Del Rosario and Ramirez-Cuauhtemoc each face additional charges.

Del Rosario was also booked for child cruelty, because his one-year-old daughter was with him. Ramirez-
Cuauhtemoc was also booked for parole violation, and he remains in custody on state hold.

The juvenile was booked organized retail theft-related offenses. The juvenile also had a no-
bail warrant involving an assault with a deadly weapon in San Francisco, according to Novato
PD.
