Pittsburg Man Arrested in Connection with Human Trafficking Investigation

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA — “On October 16, 2025, South San Francisco Police Department detectives partnered with the Northern California Regional Intelligence Center (NCRIC) in a nationwide human trafficking initiative, Operation Coast to Coast. The operation’s goal was to identify victims of human trafficking and arrest those exploiting them. Multiple victims were contacted and offered resources and support services.

During one of the contacts, detectives located a 30-year-old female victim inside a hotel room on the 300 block of South Airport Boulevard. A 34-year-old male from Pittsburg, CA was also contacted and found to be involved in pimping and pandering. He was additionally found in possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and was booked into the San Mateo County Jail without incident.

The victim received support and resources from the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office Victim Services Division.

The ongoing partnership between SSFPD, NCRIC, and the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office Victim Services Division remains vital in identifying, supporting, and protecting victims of human trafficking.”
