San Jose Driver Arrested for Drug-Impaired Driving After Crashing Into Tree on Highway 9

“🚨 Driving and drugs do NOT MIX ‼️
This morning, CHP officers responded to a major injury crash involving a 1992 Honda Coupe that crashed into a tree. The driver, a 31-year-old resident from San Jose, was found to be under the influence of drugs and arrested. Officers also found nitrous oxide canisters inside the vehicle. 🚘
Nitrous oxide, often used in whipped cream canisters, can cause dizziness, unconsciousness, and even death, according to the CDC. Losing consciousness behind the wheel can have deadly consequences. 💥
Let this be a powerful reminder: Don’t do drugs. Do not drive impaired. Please make responsible choices, for your safety and the safety of others. 🙏
