“On March 26, 2024, at 7:55 p.m., the Visalia Police Department responded to the 1300 block of North Hall Street for a report of an assault with a deadly weapon. Once on scene, officers discovered a man with multiple stab wounds to his neck. The victim was transported to Kaweah Health Medical Center for treatment.
The VPD Violent Crimes Unit responded and took over the investigation. During the investigation 28-year-old Stephen Mosley was identified as the suspect.
This afternoon, detectives with the Violent Crimes Unit and members of the HOPE team, began conducting surveillance of known locations associated with Stephen Mosley.
Mosley was spotted in the 1200 block of North Rinaldi Street and was taken into custody without incident. Mosley was booked for Attempted Murder.
Thankfully, the victim has recovered and was released from the hospital.”
