Homeless Sex Offender Allegedly Reveals Himself To Woman

“On September 22, around 1:00 PM a 66-year-old woman was waiting at a bus stop when she was approached by Clarence White, a 62-year-old homeless registered sex offender. As White walked up to the victim, he exposed himself and said he would not hurt her. The victim ran toward some other people nearby and asked for help calling the police. Officers arrived and arrested White for indecent exposure. During the investigation, officers learned White is currently on probation and is a registered sex offender. White has a lengthy arrest history and was arrested in San Diego as recently as September 15, 2023 for felony vandalism. In spite of his lengthy arrest history and new felony charges, White was released from custody on September 20, 2023 only to victimize again in less than two days.
