On 3/23, Mathew Milliman was arrested following allegations of child sexual abuse that had been occurring at the mobile home park. Follow up investigation at his residence yesterday discovered two runaway juveniles being concealed in his home by his girlfriend Ricole Nelson. It was also discovered that since his incarceration, Mr. Milliman has been communicating with a child protected from him by a restraining order stemming from his child sexual abuse allegations. He was additionally charged for violating a restraining order.

Enforcement operations will continue in this area and we will arrest any person who is found violating the law, endangering children, neglecting animals, or endangering public health.”
