According to a press release by Corning Police Department, Mario Rivera, reportedly wanted on a felony warrant, was seen driving a red Dodge pick-up truck in the area of 945 Highway 99.
Aware of Rivera’s felony warrant and that he was on Post-Release Community Supervision, officers attempted to catch up with him. Rivera turned into the Economy Inn parking lot in an attempt to evade officers.
