Man Arrested in Connection to String of Auto Burglaries in Napa County

A man was recently arrested on numerous charges related to multiple alleged auto burglaries in Napa County.

Michael Anthony Sean Phan-Sanchez of Fairfield, age 18, is reportedly facing ten counts of burglary, twelve counts of vandalism, and other charges after being identified as a suspect in approximately twenty vehicle burglaries committed in the early morning hours of Friday, September 16.

Police say the most heavily targeted areas were the neighborhoods of La Vigne and Shenandoah Park in American Canyon. Phan-Sanchez was arrested in connection to the alleged burglaries by that same evening. Police have indicated that more than one suspect may be involved.

Phan-Sanchez has since been booked into jail on the burglary and vandalism charges, as well as charges of conspiracy and possession of stolen property, police said.
