“On Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at approximately 11:14 a.m., Investigators with the Turlock Police Department Special Investigations Unit (SIU) arrested 26-year old Christian Alberto Alvarado at his Modesto home in connection with an April 17, 2022, sexual assault investigation.
During this investigation, officers learned that the 16-year old, female victim had been sexually assaulted by Alvarado at a Turlock motel, which occurred several days before coming forward.
Through the course of the investigation, information was discovered that there may be additional victims who have not come forward. The Turlock Police Department urges anyone who has been a victim involving Alvarado, or any other victims of sexual assault or other crimes, to file a report with your local authorities.
