“Today, at 8:07 a.m., a 34-year-old man was in his vehicle in the 1200 block of South El Dorado Street when the suspect approached him.
The suspect brandished a gun at the victim and robbed him of his property.
The suspect ordered the victim out of his vehicle and then fled in the victim’s vehicle.
A Stockton police motor officer located the suspect nearby and officers took him into custody.
The suspect was in possession of a loaded gun. Arrested was Leonardo Romero, 35, for carjacking, weapons charges, and parole violation.”
