The vehicle was parked in a driveway of a residence in the 1300 block of Geneva Avenue, Yuba City. The Sutter County Sheriff’s Office contacted Marysville Police Department to confirm the warrant for the homicide suspect was still outstanding.

The warrant was confirmed for 38-year-old Sean Couch. The Sutter County Sheriff’s Deputies along with Sutter County SED team set up a perimeter around the residence and called out all subjects inside, including Couch.

He was taken into custody without incident and later transported to the Yuba County Jail for homicide charges. The homicide investigation is being completed by Marysville Police Department. Great job to SCSO for being proactive.”
