“On 10/31/21 at approx. 9:00 p.m., Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Main St. and Church St. regarding a report of a male subject with a gun. Several witnesses reported a male discharging a semi-automatic pistol into the air approximately three to four times.
Officers arrived on scene within a minute and located a subject matching the description provided by witnesses. This subject was later identified as Julian Rodriguez (22). Rodriguez was in possession of a semi-automatic pistol and is prohibited from possessing a firearm. Additional evidence was located on scene that corroborated witness accounts.
Rodriguez was booked into the Tulare County Pre-Trial Facility.”
