Stolen vehicle operation leads to multiple arrests

“On 1/21/2021, detectives with the Solano County Auto Theft Task Force (SOLCATT) conducted an auto theft operation.
As a result, three stolen vehicles were recovered, and two individuals were arrested. 31-year-old Jorge Arrolo-Ramirez of Fairfield was arrested for vehicle theft amongst other charges, and 26-year-old Ramon Hernandez-Gomez of Fairfield was arrested for vehicle theft.
On 2/02/2021, detectives with the SOLCATT conducted another auto theft operation. As a result, four stolen vehicles were recovered, and 43-year-old Rocky Stanley of Vacaville was arrested for vehicle theft, amongst other charges. In addition, other arrests were made in association with this incident.
On 02/04/2021, SOLCATT detectives continued their investigation from the operation on 02/02/2021. The ongoing investigation resulted in the recovery of two additional stolen vehicles. 39-year old Ryan Price of Fairfield was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle and 40-year-old Jimmy Corona of Suisun City was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle amongst other charges.
SOLCATT is a multi-agency task force comprised of Solano County Sheriff’s Office detectives and California Highway Patrol investigators.”
