“You can’t get much past our K9s. Deputies pulled a vehicle over in the area of Willow Road and Walnut Road after they discovered the driver, 31-year-old Seth Shannon of Vacaville, had a suspended driver’s license.
Narcotics K9 Ty was brought in to conduct a search of the vehicle. Ty alerted on the vehicle which prompted deputies to hand search it.
Lo and behold, Deputies recovered an AR-15 style ghost short-barreled rifle (Blackout 300) that was concealed inside the vehicle. Shannon was arrested on several felony charges and booked into Solano County Jail.
