“On Friday, February 19,2021, shortly after 7:00 a.m., Watch B officers responded to the Cube Smart storage facility located in the 4000 block of Fairgrounds Street, after an employee observed three subjects stealing property from several storage units.
Officers arrived and encountered 3 suspects who were in the process of loading the stolen property into two cars, one of which had been reported stolen earlier this week.
They safely detained two of them and had to run after the third one but he was caught after a short foot chase. A total of 15 R/C cars and other property was recovered totaling over $7,000 dollars.
Jeremy Martinez, 31-years-old from Riverside, was arrested for auto theft, burglary, and resisting arrest.
Michael Wagener, 39-years-old from Fontana, and Scott Warren, 39-years-old from San Bernardino, were both arrested for burglary.
All three men were booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center.”
