Man arrested, other still loose, in dispensary robbery and shooting

The Devil’s Delights dispensary was the scene of a robbery and shooting on December 3, 2020 at 2:44 p.m.

Two suspects entered the dispensary at 3746 N. First Avenue, robbed it and shot two of the employees inside.

Both victims’ injuries were non-life-threatening. The suspects escaped.

A review of surveillance video footage resulted in CrimeStoppers tips coming in that identified 28-year-old Marcus Green as a suspect.

Green was arrested on February 3 and booked into Fresno County Jail for robbery, shooting and parole violation.

Green’s unidentified partner in crime remains on the loose.

“Detectives are requesting public assistance identifying this subject and are encouraging anyone with information to call Crime-stoppers at 559-498(STOP) 6279.”
