About 9PM on October 1, 2020, the door of a residence on the 1700 block of Norfolk Street was kicked in. valuables, they left.
It was not until the following morning when her caregiver, 27-year old Rubye Price, arrived that San Mateo police officers were notified of the home invasion. Looking at neighborhood security cameras and other information, it was discovered Price was involved. Her boyfriend 26-year old Andre John McBride and their associate, 25-year old Donte Jordan, are the male suspects alleged to have robbed the elderly victim.
