Suspects Arrested for Kidnapping, Trafficking Michigan Teen

SAN JOSE – Three suspects are now in custody, not only for the human trafficking of a 14-year-old but also two other victims aged 20 and 23.
According to the San Jose Police Department, on May 26, 2019, a 14-year-old at about 7:42 PM, reported to a crisis text hotline (741741) that she was being held against her will and forced to engage in prostitution at Motel 6 located at 2560 Fontaine Road in San Jose.
Two suspects, 39-year-old Christopher Lyon Johnson and 43-year-old Antoine Williams, had kidnapped the teen from Flint, Michigan. They were booked into Santa Clara County Jail for Human Trafficking (Felony) – 236.1 PC, Pimping and Pandering (Felony) – 266h PC / 266i PC, and Kidnapping (Felony) – 207 PC. The suspects had trafficked the teen through several cities in California before being arrested in San Jose.
59-year-old Curtis Lee Russell was also booked into Santa Clara County Jail for Human Trafficking (Felony) – 236.1 PC and Pimping (Felony) – 266h PC after he had convinced one of the victims to try and prostitute themselves for money.
Detectives believe there may be additional survivors.
