FOLSOM – Someone discovered a hidden camera disguised as a phone charger. It turns out that 56-year-old Steven B. Pucci used it to secretly film patrons of a tanning salon.
Apparently Pucci placed the camera in the salon in April of this year. He then secretly filmed people, including a minor.
Authorities continue the investigation. In the meantime they have arrested and charged Pucci with possession of obscene material involving a minor.
Also, his charge is electronic observation of a person undressing in a private room.
Pucci turned himself in on Tuesday evening and was then released on bail.
