Home Invasion at Mobile Home Park

BISHOP – A home invasion occurred at the Highlands Mobile Home Park on the evening of May 13. The ICSO, BPD and CHP all responded to the scene.

The three suspects of the invasion fled in a Hyundai Elantra before authorities arrived.

The incident began as a verbal dispute. Due to the dispute, the suspects forced their way into the residence.  Once inside, they assaulted tow victims and stole four guns.

The investigation revealed that one of the guns belonged to one of the suspects.

ICSO issued warrants for Timothy Fossum, Henry Diaz and Tianna Martinez. The 46-year-old, 48-year-old and 39-year old all hail from Bishop.

With warrants in hand, investigators searched several homes and discovered the trio the next day at one of them.

Charges include robbery, conspiracy, battery with serious injury elder abuse, grand theft of a firearm and burglary.

The trio each face a bail of $50,000.
