WOODLAND — Police have announced the arrest of 30-year-old Lauren Kirk-Coehlo of Davis, who has been identified as the primary suspect in connection to the vandalism of the Islamic Center of Davis.
In the early morning hours of January 22, Kirk-Coehlo broke six window panes and placed several small objects — later discovered to have been strips of bacon — on the Center’s exterior door handle.
CCTV footage confirmed the events, as well as the vandalism of two bicycles on the property.
