Nicklaus Ryan Krinaich — booking photo from a previous arrest

PETALUMA – According to a Petaluma Police Department (PPD) Advisory, officials are seeking the public’s help in locating a domestic violence suspect. The suspect has been identified as 37-year-old Nicklaus Ryan Krinaich of Petaluma.

Krinaich is currently on probation for domestic violence and had recently committed an act of vandalism against a friend of his victim. He has a “no bail” felony warrant for a violation of domestic violence probation stemming from an incident in July. He also now has a $50,000 warrant for the vandalism incident.

The vandalism occurred on December 19th when a witness saw Krinaich committing an act of felony vandalism against a female friend of the victim from the July domestic violence incident. Krinaich used a bicycle to repeatedly damage the friend’s car repeatedly before fleeing the area.

It is believed that Krinaich is aware that he is wanted. He has a history of fleeing from authorities and had recently fled from both PPD and SFPD officers that were attempting to arrest him. Efforts to locate and arrest him are ongoing.

The PPD asks for public assistance in locating Krinaich. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Petaluma Police Department at 707-778-4373.
