Recent Roseville PD DUI Arrests

Earlier this week, the Roseville Police Department made three DUI-related arrests in three different incidents, according to an official weekly crime report.

At 2:10 am on Sunday, October 12, a Roseville PD 911 dispatcher was driving home and reportedly noticed a suspected drunk driver on the road. The 911 dispatcher reportedly called 911 and then followed the suspected drunk driver from a safe distance to the Sunrise/Cirby area, reporting his location until an officer was able to respond. Upon arrival, the officer made contact with the suspect driver and arrested him following an evaluation.

Nicholas Natalie Peace, 22, of Citrus Heights, who works as a handyman, was reportedly arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Later that same day, at 2:09 pm, Roseville PD and Roseville Fire responded to a minor injury traffic collision on Cirby Way at Cirby Oaks Way. One of the drivers reportedly fled the scene, but officers were reportedly able to located her at her nearby apartment residence. The other driver was reportedly treated for a minor injury.

Melissa Lynn Kearn, 22, of Roseville was reportedly arrested on suspicion of DUI and hit-and-run.

And at 9:08 pm on Monday, October 13, Roseville PD officers and fire personnel responded to a traffic collision at the intersection of Douglas Boulevard and Riverside Avenue. A man had reportedly driven westbound on Douglas Boulevard and approached the intersection at a high rate of speed, causing him to brake hard to avoid hitting vehicles stopped ahead of him at the red light. This caused the driver to veer and collide with a parked car in the Hayes Auto Sales car dealer parking lot, as well as a concrete pole.

Jonas Reyes-Huerta, 32, of Citrus Heights was reportedly arrested on suspicion of DUI.
